Balance Board Squat

Tall Knee Row
Exercise #2: Shoulder stability is key to avoiding injury.
This exercise allows you to stabilise your shoulder blades to prevent bad shoulder movement in the backswing
All while contributing to the force you generate in the backswing
Half Kneeling Rotation
