An unbelievable exercise for the hamstrings and also your lower back. The deadlift works the deep muscles in your lower back to stabilise your spine throughout the golf swing as well as lengthening your hamstrings to prevent your pelvis from being out of alignment.
An Insiders Tip..
When doing this exercise, you can really do harm if not done properly. My advice for you would be to go slowly on the way down and try and focus on hinging from the hips
